Hotel Las Tres Banderas is located on the west coast of Costa Rica in the vicinity of Manuel Antonio National Park. Quepos and Manuel Antonio are the most famous beach destinations in Costa Rica, offering the best overall value and infrastructure for every tourist.

It's now quite possible to get to Hotel Las Tres Banderas in a single day, especially from the south, east and west coasts of the U.S. American Airlines, Continental, Delta and United fly direct to San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica, from many destinations.

From San Jose, there are several options. Two airlines, Nature Air and Sansa, fly to Quepos. Cars can be rented for approximately $50 a day. Flying is recommended, as it is only 15 minutes vs. three hours on the road. For the more adventurous, a bus is available for $5 a person.

Depending on airline scheduling, a stopover night at a hotel in San Jose may be required on your coming and departing Costa Rica. If you do decide to stay in San Jose, there are two hotels that we highly recommend (Ave del Paraiso and Hotel Pico Blanco). Both are run by the owners who are goods friends of ours. If you choose Ave del Paraiso, you'll be conveniently located near the lovely University of Costa Rica. Hotel Pico Blanco is located in the beautiful hills of Escazu with stunning views of the city.

Once you are in the area of Quepos/Manuel Antonio, you will find that Hotel Las Tres Banderas is conveniently located to eating, shopping, recreational and other facilities.
