Hotel Las Tres Banderas guarantees the lowest price for the quality of hotel rooms
in the Quepos/Manuel Antonio area.
The following forms of payment are accepted: U.S. dollars, Costa Rican colones, travelers checks
and all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express). A 5% surcharge will
be added on all credit card transactions. For your added convenience, you may prepay
your stay sending a check to our U.S. address. Please ask for details about this program.

Reservation Policies:
All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made by fax or e-mail.
Deposits/Payments
Groups: 50% - required within 30 days of reservation date.
Fits: 50% - required at least at least 30 days before arrival
Cancellations

Received 60-30 days before arrival - 50% refund
Received less than 30 days before arrival - no refund
Fits:
Received 30-15 days before arrival - 50% refund
Received less than 15 days before arrival - no refund

No Refunds on cancellations.
